
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a flat baking sheet with cooking spray
2. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and beaten egg
3. Add the vanilla, almond extract and the rosewater to the mixture
4. In a second bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking powder
5. Combine the flour mixture with the butter and sugar mixture and then gently mix in strawberries.
6. Use a spoon (or a cookie scoop) to scoop the mixture into small-medium balls on to the baking sheet
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 until or until an inserted toothpick in the center of the scone comes out clean and edges of scones start to get golden brown.
