3 leg and thigh quarters chopped into 6 pieces

2 tbsp Walkerswood mild jerk seasoning

1 tbsp Walkerswood hot and spicy seasoning

¼ cup jerk bbq sauce

Thyme

1. After cleaning the chicken, season with the walkerwood jerk seasoning and jerk bbq sauce and marinate overnight
2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
3. Grease oven pan, large enough to fit chicken
4. Add seasoned chicken to the greased pan and cover with aluminium foil
5. Bake for 2 hours
6. Remove foil, turn up oven to 400 degrees F and bake for another 30-45 mins
