Crust
 1 ¼ cups almond flour
 ½ cup salted butter, melted
 ¼ cup powdered stevia sweetener (confectionery)
 1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling
 3 eggs
 ½ cup lemon juice
 2 tsp lemon zest
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ½ tsp rosewater
 ¾ cup almond flour
 ½ cup powdered stevia sweetener (confectionery)

Crust Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line a square shallow baking pan with grease paper
2. In a small bowl, combine the almond flour, butter, powdered stevia sweetener and vanilla.
3. Empty the mixture on the grease paper, and line the bottom of the baking pan
4. Bake for 15-20 mins, then remove and cool for 15minutes

Filling:
1. In a medium bowl, beat 3 eggs, and then add lemon juice and lemon zest
2. Add the vanilla and rosewater
3. Stir in the almond flour and the powdered stevia sweetener
4. Pour mixture on cooled crust and bake for 25 minutes
5. Ensure bars are cooled before cutting into squares
