Homemade Popeyes Chicken Sandwich

 2 Chicken thighs
 ½ tsp Lowry’s seasoning salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp all-purpose seasoning
 ½ tsp tsp paprika.
 1 large egg
 ½ tsp milk
 1 cup flour (seasoned with 1/4 tsp of each of the following- lowrys seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder,paprika and all purpose seasoning))
 vegetable oil for frying

1. Debone and clean 2 Chicken thighs and season with ½ tsp Lowry’s seasoning salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp garlic, ½ tsp all-purpose seasoning and ½ tsp paprika.

2. Allow the seasoned chicken to marinate for 2 hours.

3. Obtain 3 small bowls: beat a large egg in one bowl, measure ½ cup of milk in another and in the third bowl, 1 cup of flour seasoned with the same with the same seasoning portions in step 1

4. Heat a medium skillet and add vegetable oil for frying

5. Dip the seasoned chicken thigh in the egg, then the milk and then flour seasoning, and deep fry until golden brown on each side.

6. The sandwich was completed by using sandwich bread, spread (made with 1-part mayonnaise and 1-part ketchup mixed together), lettuce, cheese (optional) and the deep-fried chicken thigh.
