
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 9 inch baking tin
2. In a medium bowl combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, cinnamon powder and ground nutmeg
3. In a second bowl, combine the egg, sugar,melted butter, vanilla extract, rosewater and almond extract
4. In a separate cup, combine the boiling water with the coffee and mix thoroughly
5 Stir the coffee mixture into the egg and and sugar mixture
6. Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and mix well
7. Pour mixture into baking tin and bake for 40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
PS- The icing is chocolate fudge with crumbled hershey chocolate sprinkled on top
