Chocolate chip Walnut Banana Bread

Take the traditional banana bread up a notch with this chocolate walnut banana bread recipe!

 1 ½ cups flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp cinnamon powder
 ¾ tsp ground nutmeg
 ¼ tsp ground all spice (optional)
 2 large eggs
 3 very ripe bananas
 4 oz (1 stick) butter, melted
 ¾ cup light brown sugar
 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ½ tsp almond extract
 ½ tsp rosewater
 ½ cup chopped walnuts
 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Grease 9-inch loaf pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In a small bowl, crush bananas with a fork into a pulp
3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, all spice and salt
4. In another medium bowl, combine melted butter, sugar and beaten eggs. Mix well
5. Add vanilla extract, rosewater, almond extract to the butter and sugar mixture
6. Combine the flour mixture (in step 3) with the butter and sugar mixture
7. Add the crushed bananas, chopped walnut and chocolate chips to the batter and mix well
8. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan
9. Bake for 45 mins- 1 hour (depending on the thickness of the pan) over a water bath.
10. Bread is baked when an inserted toothpick in the center of the scone comes out clean
