Blueberry Oatmeal pancakes

 1 large egg
 ½ cup blueberry
 ½ cup oats
 1 tsp vanilla extract
  cup almond milk
 2 tsp almond flour

1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients
2. Grease skillet with cooking spray and allow to heat for a few minutes (use low heat)
3. Pour ½ cup of batter (for medium-sized pancake) into heated skillet
4. When bubbles pop and form holes on the surface of the pancake, flip the pancakes using a
spatula. When the other side of the pancake is beautifully brown, remove pancake from skillet
5. Repeat cooking process until batter is finished
6. Top with pancake syrup and desired topping (I used maple syrup and blueberries)

PS- Ingredients should yield 2 pancakes
